 1.-  INGREDIENT INLET TABLE :

        Built entirely in stainless steel. Dimensions : 1800x880x900

        Mouth content 100,-l. Equipped with Venturi valve and

        centrifugal mix pump Anema.                                                                 

  2.-  TWO MIXING TANKS :

        Guérin, 800,-l. Double walls. Insulated by high density poly-

        urethane. Universal slow stirrer driven by a motor of variable

        speed. Liquid and dry ingredients are mixed in two separate 

        tanks-one at a time-so that continuous production is achieved.                

 3.-  PASTEURIZER :

        APV A/S KOLDING DK, Type 16D, Nr. 4534

        P.H.E. : Plate Heat Exchanger. H.T.S.T. : High Temperature

        Short Time, in 25 seconds at 85°C. Capacity 2000,-l/h, with

        volumetric rotating mix feed pump, pasteurization pump, Hagen-

        Mann valve, expansion container, dial indicating thermometer,

        temperature recorder Jumbo and ratchet spanner for spindle.                                                       

 4.-  HOMOGENIZER :

        APV RANNIE, Blue-Top, Multi Mic 30-60 nr. 488 E.

        LW : Liquid Whirling homogenising valve, with three whirling

        chambers, gives a high homogenisation effect with a low con-

        sumption of power. The LW-system consists of an upper and a

        lower part, in which the three whirling chambers with close ac-

        curacy are adapted to each other.

        Maximum pressure : 350 bar/5075 psi. Capacity 1200-2000 l/h.

 5.-  CHILLED WATER UNIT :

        Self-refrigerated stainless steel tank for production of chilled

        water at a temperature of 1° C. Plate evaporator, semi-hermetic

        compressor using R507 refrigerant and operated by a three-pha-

        se motor. Chilled water pump. Thermostatic valve for regulating

        refrigerant agent. Cooling capacity kW 54.

 8.-   TETRA LAVAL FOOD HOYER FF 1200 * :

         INGREDIENT FEEDER * :                                                                 

         Designed for connections to freezers having a capacity from

         300 to 1200 l/h. Ingredient capacity of 8 to 200 l/h.

         A lamella feed pump for the gentle and efficient injection of

         candied fruit, fresh fruit, fruit concentrates or free flowing gra-

         nulates, like chocolate, nuts and nougat into the ice cream or si-

         milar products. The three motors driving the dosing screw, the

         lamella pump and the mixer are controlled through potentiometer

          to provide suitable adjustment. The machine is built comple-

         tely in stainless steel for efficient cleaning and includes a con-

         trol panel for all functions.                                                                     

                           

 9.-   TETRA LAVAL FOOD HOYER PD 1051 * :

         RIPPLE PUMP for variegated ice cream with hopper and TE

         pipe and with 18 mm. piston diameter. Motor of 0.5 Hp. with

         variable speed drive. Capacity 20 to 70 litres of syrup per hour

         CAN FILLER for containers from 1 to 5 litres. Equipped with 

         single or twin flavour extruder for connection to continuous

11.-  CHOCOLATE MELTER TANKS :

         De Gouwe and Cena, 100,-l. and 20,-l. The liquid circulate in

         the interstice between the inner wall and the insulated jacket.

         The hydraulic motor coupling makes for a soft start-up of the

         agitator and hence a gentle product treatment.                                       

                    

12.-  PASTOLUX :

         Giusti, Double walls, insulated by high density polyurethane

         Equipped with an adjustable rotating homogenising system,

         combined with pasteurising and mixing. Capacity 130,-l.
